Deposit and withdrawal methods

Fund your account and take money out using payment methods that are already in use across Australia. No method carries a fee from us, and processing times are listed for each one.

Amounts are in Australian dollars. Your bank or card provider may charge its own fees, particularly for payments that involve another currency.

Deposit methods

Deposits go through your own name only. We cannot accept payments from third parties.

Withdrawal methods

As a rule, money goes back by the route it came in. That keeps the payment trail clean and protects you from fraud.

PayPal eWallet Free Within 24 hours If you funded your account with PayPal, withdrawals are returned to the same PayPal account. Once approved, funds are normally available within 24 hours.
Visa Debit / credit card Free 1–5 business days Withdrawals go back to the Visa card used for the deposit where your bank supports it. The final timing depends on the card issuer and your bank.
Mastercard Debit / credit card Free 1–5 business days Funds are usually returned to the Mastercard used to deposit. Processing depends on the issuing bank and the card network.
PayID / bank transfer Bank transfer Free 1–3 business days Withdraw to an Australian bank account in your own name. Allow up to three business days after approval for the funds to settle.

Processing time counts from the moment a request is approved. Verification checks happen first and can add time. Read the withdrawal policy for the full picture.

  3. See it in your account

Most deposits are credited immediately, and you receive an email receipt.

Good to know

  • Name match. The name on the payment method must match the name on your account.
  • Currency. Pay in Australian dollars. If your card is in another currency, your bank may add a conversion charge.
  • Public holidays. Bank transfers and card settlements can be slower on public holidays.
  • Limits. Per-transaction limits depend on your verification level and are shown before you pay.
  • Return route. Withdrawals go back by the route used to fund, which keeps your money trail clear.
